Request account & data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. Submit the form below (or email us) and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account profile — name, email, phone number.
• Saved delivery addresses.
• Loyalty / rewards points balance and history.
• Saved payment references (card tokens held by our payment processor).
• Order preferences and any marketing opt-ins.

What we keep, and why

Records we are legally required to keep — for example transaction and invoice records needed for tax and accounting — are retained in de-identified form for the period required by law, then deleted. These records are no longer linked to your account.
